User data is collected in two different ways through our website: (1) when submitting the contact form on the "CONTACTS" page of our website, which will redirect the personal data "Name", "Email" and "Message "for Villaverde-Azores email and (2) by our website reservations management plugin. The data collected by this plugin serves for the purpose of better management of reservations, check-in process of our clients and use of this data for information of the SEF (Service of Aliens and Borders). Visitors' data is verified through an automatic spam detection service (Askimet) and is forwarded to the Villaverde Azores email in order to be given the correct follow-up (Response to contact request or reservation management).

Some personal data related to visits are collected automatically and are intended for the production of statistics on navigation on the Villaverde Azores website.

We use Google Analytics, which produces statistical reports related to access and use to the site, namely, among others, the number of visits, the number of page views and the duration of visits.
