The Casa do Priolo is a charming rustic house located in the parish of Feteiras, just 15 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada.

This typical Azorean accommodation offers an authentic experience with an open-plan design that includes a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. Ideal for couples or small families, Casa do Priolo comfortably accommodates 2 people.

Guests can enjoy a shared garden with two other houses (Casa do Milhafre and Casa do Açor), which features a [shared pool](#), a [barbecue area](#), and a [private parking lot](#). Additionally, there is a [public parking area](#) just 10 meters from the property.

Casa do Priolo provides a relaxing and convenient stay with easy access to some of the best attractions, including Sete Cidades, Mosteiros, Grota do Inferno, Vista do Rei, and the natural pools of Termas da Ferraria.

Villaverde Azores is located just 15 minutes from Ponta Delgada Airport and equally close to the Sete Cidades Lagoon, Ferraria, Mosteiros, and the City Center. The access roads are well-maintained and provide easy travel to any point on the island from our accommodations. Near our houses, you will also find a supermarket for your daily needs, cafes, a gas station, and some restaurants.

				Tiago´s place was really clean, had a fantastic garden and a safe space to park our car. We even received a little welcome gift full of local food and some guides showing what to do around the area. 



Tiago is very responsive and friendly. 

We highly recommend this place!

				Tiago’s place was very well thought out.  Interior was clean with everything I needed to ensure a comfortable stay.  Exterior was beautifully manicured with a lovely outdoor seating area and a pool. Unfortunately, weather was not appropriate to use  it during my stay. I had arrived late in the evening and was so happy to see that there were snacks and wine !  Tiago was responsive and I felt comfortable asking for assistance.  

The location looks out over the Atlantic Ocean.

There is nearby pub with delicious sandwiches, burgers, beer, and even coffee and pasties. I felt safe walking alone in the area. I recommend renting a car in order to explore the island and see all that it has to offer, including hot springs and hiking.  Thanks for great stay Tiago!
