Highly enjoyed our stay with Tiago. Really appreciated the complementary Azorean pineapple and other local treats which were all so enjoyable. The cottage was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Close to both Sete Cidades and Ponta Delgada. Would recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, besonders wenn man länger bleibt. Uns wurde eine extra Reinigung kostenlos angeboten und wir waren so begeistert, wie liebevoll die Unterkunft danach wieder gestaltet war☺️Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und man kommt von dort gut mit dem Mietwagen zu allen Zielen. Wir würden jedem empfehlen hier unter zu kommen☺️

We had a great stay with Tiago. The pool and property were beautiful.The place was clean, and central to everything on the island that we wanted to see.Tiago was super responsive and helpful. He even kept us up to date about the Festas happening the time we stayed. The drain in the shower did flood a little, but that was truly our only concern.We would stay here again for sure!

Excellent, cozy place to stay with comfortable bed, kitchen, laundry, lots of towels, and good tv. Friendly and responsive host, great cleaning (even offered complimentary cleaning mid-stay given our booking duration) and food basket with drinks upon our arrival. Just watch your head if you’re 6ft+ as some entrance ways/lights are quite low and you will hit your head.Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The best part is probably the outside which feels like real summer vacation during sunny days

Very peaceful outdoor space to rest and relax. Interior space was just as described, very well appointed with everything you need to have a wonderful stay.

Die Lage war toll, weil man alles gut erreichen konnte. Teilweise war es leider nicht ganz sauber, z.B. die Kochutensilien. Insgesamt hatte die Wohnung alles was man benötigt und es war sehr unkompliziert.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Tiago left us some nice things to eat such as fruits and local bread. this was very convenient as we arrived late in the evening and the village is a little rural. the apartment was cosy and nice. Especially the outside area is a very big plus. Two smal points for improvement; the bathroom could use a thorough cleanup / touchup. Also all windows were tinted, which gave us a little bit of a "confined" feeling as we stayed inside much due to the weather. There is little connection to outside, but this could be personal preference and good luck with weather. Overall we had a positive experience and would recommend!

Nous avons passé un très joli séjour dans l’appartement de Tiago. Il est très fonctionnel et proche de beaucoup d’activités. Le village de Feteiras est calme et avec une jolie vue sur l’océan. Tiago était très réactif par message. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans souci !

Das Airbnb ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das schöne Willkommenspaket mit verschiedenen lokalen Spezialitäten. Eine tolle Aufmerksamkeit!Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet und die Lage eignet sich perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden. In der Küche sind die wichtigsten Utensilien vorhanden, sodass man gut kochen kann. Das Bett war sehr bequem und alles war sauber und gepflegt.Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen, gemütlich und stylisch. Die Ausstattung der Küche war top. Der Gartenbereich gepflegt und muss gerade im Sommer ein Highlight sein. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Besuch auf den Azoren wiederkommen.

Wir haben die Wohnung für unsere Eltern gebucht, die eine fantastische Zeit im Apartment und auf der Insel verbringen konnten. Tiago war immer erreichbar und sehr sehr hilfsbereit

La casa de Villaverde es muy acogedora. Parece algo más grande en las fotos pero tiene todo lo necesario para hacer vida dentro y un zona exterior maravillosa con jardín y dos piscinas, que no pudimos disfrutar mucho por la lluvia. Lo único negativo fue el ruidoso exterior, ya que la ventana de la habitación daba a la calle y justo hay un aparcamiento delante de la casa. El sábado noche fue especialmente ruidoso, el resto de días no tanto. No lo esperábamos porque habíamos imaginado un enclave más rural. La casa también tiene partes muy bajas, los altos tenemos que vigilar con la cabeza, tanto para acceder a la habitación como en la ducha. Por lo demás, buena cama, buen sofá, y bonita decoración. Thiago fue cercano y servicial, siempre vía mensaje. La ubicación es buena porque está cerca del aeropuerto y de la zona de Sete Cidades o los pueblos de Costa Mosteiros y Ferraria.

We had an absolutely lovely stay for just over a week. The accommodation is beautiful as is the outside area. The place was even cleaned mid stay with fresh bed linen provided and towels changed. Tiago was so kind and very responsive when we had a question. We also thought that the location is really good too.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Tiago. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und ist mit allem, was man brauchen könnte, ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab es auch ein paar lokale Snacks und Getränke.Die Lage ist gut, vor allem um den Westen der Insel zu erkunden.Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und auch wenn man ihn sich mit den anderen Ferienhäusern teilt, gibt es private Ecken. Einziges Manko ist eventuell die Lage an der Straße, uns hat es aber nicht gestört.

Everything was great. The house was clean and bugs-free. Tiago provided us with a lot of tips and some nice local food. The pool and exterior areas were superior! Really loved our stay here - can recommend!

Tiago was a great host and very responsive from the start. He quickly answered our questions and was very welcoming. The property is beautiful and only 20 mins drive from Ponta Delgada and Sete Cidades. We love that the Airbnb was more secluded but still accessible to top attractions. There was even a care package left to try local snacks and drinks. I definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Garten!

Tiago est dans mon top cinq de Airbnb partout dans le monde. Je suis très habitué, et j'ai été agréablement, surprise de la vitesse de réponse, ainsi que de tout ce qu'il proposait. Il nous avait donné des instructions très claires et le logement était exactement ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Bien sûr il faut une voiture pour visiter les alentours. Il y a un grand stationnement gratuit si vos amis veulent venir vous rejoindre. Tiago nous a laissé beaucoup de cadeaux je n'avais jamais vu ça de ma vie. Le logement est équipé, plus que ce que vous aurez de besoin. La cour et le jardin sont indescriptibles. Vous ne devez pas passer à côté des chaises suspendues. Le jardin est parfait aussi pour manger dehors. Je n'ai absolument rien de négatif à dire et Tiago est vraiment un super hôte qui a été d'une grande aide pour agrémenter le séjour. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils qui ont menés à de belles surprises. Nous vous recommandons ABSOLUMENT cet endroit.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Airbnb. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und wir haben immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Der Garten ist ein Traum, die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Unterkunft vom Flughafen aus schnell zu erreichen . Für unseren kleinen Sohn gab es extra einen Hochstuhl, Babygeschirr und ein passendes Bett, sowie Handtücher . Für uns waren es perfekte 11 Nächte in diesem schönen Airbnb . Vielen Dank .

Cute little AirBnb in the center of a small quiet town. It is convenient if you want to spend time near Sete Cidades and Ponta da Ferraria. Otherwise, it is a bit out of the way from other interesting location as it is located pretty far to the West of the island. The location is shared with another AirBnB. We didn't use the pool as the weather was quite cool. Also, it doesn't feel that private since the place is right across the street from a church and small parking lot.The AirBnB has everything you need for cooking. The parking is off street so it feels secure.

Lovely place to stay in Sao Miguel.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. Beautiful property. Definitely need a rental vehicle but I think you would if you stayed anywhere on the island. Not a lot going on in the town but a lovely place to stay.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt in Tiagos Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr wohnlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein paar Snacks standen im/neben dem Kühlschrank bereit und zwei Flaschen Wein waren auch vorbereitet. Insgesamt sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Uns hat die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Sie liegt zwar direkt an einer Straße, aber der Verkehr ist überschaubar. Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Gewürze zum Kochen z. B. waren keine vorhanden. Dafür aber süßes Brot, Marmelade und eine Ananas als Willkommensgeschenk. Den schön angelegten Garten konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit Tiago war sehr gut, er reagierte schnell und klar. Flexibler Check-In mit Schlüsselkasten.

Wir waren hier für eine Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen gut. Weiterhin ist der Pool ein echter Hingucker und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft gab es alles, was gebraucht wird. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern funktionierte schnell, unkompliziert und äußerst freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Being sensitive to noise, I found it a bit difficult being near to a small public parking space. The shower sometimes had cold water for a few seconds before being hot again. Other than that it was a good value for money. Thanks

We (young couple) spent 4 nights and we had the time of our life, the house is clean cozy, the outside area is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine, we absolutely loved it, would recommend and will come back for sure. The west side of the island is a great spot to be.

Excelente apartamento muy cerca de Ponta Delgada. El apartamento impecable y las zonas comunes son geniales (piscina, mesas de jardín , etc…) Tiago es un gran anfitrión, responde enseguida y nos resolvió un pequeño problema que teníamos en una mañana. 100% recomendable.

I absolutely loved our stay here! The property and surroundings were beautiful; the shared outside space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amenities. We spent 7 wonderful days in Tiago's house. It is well located, very well equipped and very clean. The garden is amazing and so peaceful. Tiago is a very nice host and it was very sweet of him to share with us some local specialities, delicious! It is the perfect spot to discover the western side of Sao Miguel. We highly recommend this lovely place !
