Perfect place to explore Sao Miguel at the Azores.
Beatiful house with a lovely garden, amazing surroundings. We felt like home.A perfect starting point if you want to discover the west side of the island.Thank you for your hospitality!

Casa do Milhafre is exactly what was described. It is quaint, quiet and clean. Located in a small village, a short drive from Ponta Delgada, this Airbnb was just what we wanted. We were able to find what we needed in the local grocery store to have breakfast each morning in the stunning back yard garden. As an added bonus, we were greeted with a lovely basket of local products. If you are looking for a relaxed, county stay, this is the Airbnb for you!
A casa é muito acolhedora. Sentimo-nos em casa. O Tiago foi impecável e mostrou flexibilidade com o horário de entrada e saída do alojamento
I enjoyed my stay at Tiago's place. It's a sweet little cottage with everything you need (although I couldn't use the TV as no signal but the WiFi was mostly good) It was stylishy decorated, the kitchen was well equipped and it has a decent bathroom. I didn't use the garden because of the weather but it's pretty and well maintained. There are some small food shops and a pizzeria quite close by. All in all, a very nice place to stay to explore the island.
Casa do Milhafre was an amazing stay. The apartment was very clean, decorated very modernly and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The backyard was amazing to relax after a long day sight seeing. The best part for us though were the adorable neighborhood cats who came to visit us everyday. There was a mother with 3 babies as well as 2 other adolescents. They were very friendly but also respectful of humans. We highly encourage anyone who stays here (and you should definitely stay here) to leave out some water and cat food. They may not approach right away but once they realize you are friendly you will have amazing vacation company. Again, wonderful stay and we would love to come back again.
Die Unterkunft von Tiago hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir einen tollen Aufenthalt hatten. die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir hatten genügend Platz. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die komplette Ausstattung des Appartements hatte alles was man braucht. zur Begrüßung gab es auch einige Leckereien. Auch der Pool ist super, um sich bei warmen Wetter abzukühlen. Wir würden die Unterkunft erneut buchen
Séjour très agréable avec une localisation permettant d'explorer la côte Ouest de l'île très facilement.La maison est propre et bien entretenue, le gros atout étant le jardin avec un espace extérieur partagé ensoleillé (salon de jardin, piscine) dont nous avons profité en rentrant de nos journées.

Très beau logement avec un jardin magnifique à partager (mais chacun trouvait son petit coin). Le nôtre était la casa do milhafre dont la porte donne sur ce jardin paisible. Le logement correspond tout à fait à nos attentes,decoré avec goût et est propre. Merci Tiago pour le service qui est nickel. Communication, gentillesse, rapidité de réaction et proactif.

This place was awesome! It had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. Parking was great! The yard was peaceful. Great location for Sete Cidades and Ponte Delgada shopping.

We had a lovely stay at Tiago's place. It was very clean and beautifully decorated with a lovely backyard area perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. We would love to stay again on our next visit to Sao Miguel.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und lädt zu einem Verweilen nach einer von vielen Wanderungen ein. Tiago ist ein super Gastgeber. Fragen werden umgehend beantwortet. Der Aufenthalt bei Tiago war alles in allem sehr positiv.
The welcome gift was everything! So thoughtful. As for the accommodation, it was easy to find, check-in was smooth, and the place had everything I needed and more. Location is a great starting point for exploring the island as well as being pretty close to the airport and a gas station. Host is responsive and caring.

Wir haben die Vila Milhafre für 5 Nächte gebucht. Es war alles wunderbar und gemütlich. Wir hatten unsere 11 Monate alte Tochter mit und auch für sie wurde alles mögliche gestellt (Babywanne, Geschirr, Bett, Decken, Hochstuhl, Babyhandtücher) einfach toll. Die Wohnung ist leider etwas dunkel, aber der fantastische Garten entschädigt dafür. Wir haben draußen gefrühstückt und uns draußen am Wasserlauf gesonnt, einfach pures Urlaubsfeeling. Der Pool ist auch klasse, tolle Liegen. Alles zu empfehlen!
We had a great time. The location is only 15 minuten away From Ponta Delgada and the airport. Great location to go on trips to Sete Cidades and Riviera Grande.
Nous avons adoré le logement de Tiago, qui est très réactif et arrangeant, le logement est idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants, tout est très joli, cosy et confortable. c'est très mignon. et le jardin est superbe, nous avons passé un très bon moment reposant, merci Tiago pour les attentions à notre arrivée, c'était parfait!
Der Aufenthalte war super. Der Garten mit dem Pool war sehr schön. Für Kinder genügend Platz für Bewegung.
We had a great stay at Tiagos place. We really enjoyed the outside area with a nice garden and beautiful surroundings. The host was very helpful and answered quickly. We really liked the location of the airbnb as it made it easy to see the entire island. We were a family of four grownups and it felt a little crowded in the inside area. Maybe because there is few windows and a small kitchen. We were missing some natural lighting. However, this was not a big problem for us as we were outside in the nice garden most of the time.
This is a perfect accommodation in a lovely area. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a lot of space inside the building; we didn’t even use the living room that much. The kitchen has all the utensils, making it easy to cook meals. Additionally, the yard is extremely beautiful – we spent a lot of time there. There is a swimming pool, a barbecue area, and comfortable lounge chairs. It’s an easy drive to Ponta Delgada, and the house has its own parking spots. Tiago is an exceptionally nice and helpful host. My warmest recommendations for this place.
Mi pareja y yo nos alojamos durante una semana en el alojamiento de Tiago y fue todo un acierto! La zona es super tranquila, ideal para relajarse tras un día recorriendo la isla, con un apartamento muy bonito, cuidado y completo. 100% recomendable, si volvemos a las Azores repetiremos sin duda!

Quiet and Costa place with a nice garden. Bus station is 3 minutes away- the bar and the Supermarkt also only some minutes. Loved the place at the pool for morning yoga sessions. Everything perfect.
Tiago is a very friendly and responsive host. He even reached out if everything was okay and we appreciate that. Further nothing to mention other than that the stay is a perfect base to explore the island :Dwould definitely recommend it to friends and family!
Tiago was very friendly and responsive, the place was absolutely clean and peaceful, well equipped kitchen, good parking place, nice garden with sitting areas where we could enjoy the sunshine. He had immidiately sent the cleaning team when we had any problems. We had a wonderful stay here. 🙂
Sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen. Leider gibt es im Appartement nur eine Tür (zum Bad), daher hört man nachts den lauten Kühlschrank. Leider ist das Bett sehr unbequem und im Bad hat es von vornherein nicht gut gerochen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über die App war super.
The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay with our baby comfortable by making a comfortable baby bed with an added mattress and pillow, a high chair set up with baby dishes and even a baby pool with toys for him to splash in. They place is absolutely gorgeous with a nice pool and beautiful garden with many places to sit and enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everyone you would need. The only down side of the location is that there are not many restaurants close by but if you are happy to cook this shouldn’t deter you.

Um espaço único, numa ilha única! Todas as comodidades necessárias para que se sintam em casa! Cozinha totalmente equipada, sala e quarto amplos, espaço de estacionamento privado e um jardim enorme.Os responsáveis por este espaço são super prestaveis e no caso de terem algum problema são rápidos e eficazes a solucionar o mesmo!Sem dúvida um espaço a ter em conta!
Espaço fantástico, decorado com muito gosto e extremamente limpo. É o ideal para um casal que queira passar uns dias a conhecer a ilha =). Tem todas as comodidades necessárias para uma bela estadia e fica localizado numa localidade a apenas 15 min de carro de Ponta Delgada, sendo por isso um local mais sossegado.O Sr. António foi extremamente simpático connosco, dando-nos dicas acerca da ilha, e mostrando-se sempre disponível para qualquer eventualidade.Recomendo vivamente!
